The name Akwaman has followed Rich Acquaah-Harrison since a high school classroom turned a mispronunciation into an identity. What started as a nickname became an anchor — a reminder that the best things often begin unexpectedly.
Over 15 years in technology delivery, Rich has led Agile teams, rebuilt broken processes, coached organizations through transformation, and driven completion rates from 24% to 84% through servant leadership and relentless focus on what actually matters.
Outside the boardroom, Rich picks up a camera — capturing weddings, sporting moments, and the energy of live events. And in the community, he helps new business owners find their footing, from their first tax ID to their first real plan.
